He is the supervisor of the CSI nightshift in Las Vegas. He's also an entomology expert.

Personal comment : Before CSI, I wasn't really a fan of WP, because I only saw him in "Cousin" and "Young Guns 2".
In both films, he played the antagonist characters. He could play it so cruel, naughty and tricky. (Sorry, if you're a huge fan of him).
But I like him now ;-)
